yes. yes. i know. i havent written anything in MONTHS. but thank you for being faithful in the meantime and still visiting. i love you guys. so i've added a gallery for you faithful awesome people. just a few photos i've taken so far up here. i am leaving to head back to good 'ole michigan on the 21, so i'll proally update the site again 'shortly' after that date. enjoy the photos, and i promise a full report of my summer after the 21. :)

well happy may day everyone. and ive been thinking lately about changing my website around again. but thats besides the point. please dont expect to see any new galleries in the next while....because i kind of have to take AP tests and exams and then i have graduation, and all the stuff sort of makes my life busy besides all the family issues that have to be dealt with. so, :), i'll try to keep everyone up to date on everything, but i might not be ask quick as you expect :) i would also like to add a huge thank you in, because for the month of april i had over 1000 page views. and it is only because of you wonderful people, yes you who are reading this, that i managed to attain this number. i had at least one page view each day, and i usually had 40 - 60 page views a day....and a total of 219 on one day. seriously, thank you. i love you all.

so i did an awesome photoshoot today, with a friend named karry. she is friggin sweet, and she doesn't know she is going to have a whole blog entry about her and the shoot, but what she doesn't know wont hurt her. haha. so her and i go way back to 6th grade, as we re-figured out this afternoon, and this semester we have a class together. it's computer graphics so basically its really boring and easy so we just hang out and i make the teacher frustrated by showing karry shortcuts on how to do everything so she never actually learns. :) hehe. but our whole original reason for doing the shoot is because we are making a CD cover and lable in class for a band, and so we decided we HAD to do a photoshoot for it. at first we were going to do a marilyn monroe style shoot b/c she has that white dress and is KINDA obsessed w/her....but she also loves cooking, sorry, baking, so we themed it off that. and we just had lots of fun and ate cookies. and shes making me a cake tomorrow and i am rather excited about that. :D so. im sure you will be seeing more photos of her sometime, she's beautiful and funny and we're going to perfect her already amazing model skillz. lol. anyways i have the photos uploaded, so go look at them under "galleries", they're in the "cooking up trouble" gallery :)

ok. *sigh*. *phew*. etc. i sent my portfolio to SCAD today. *breatheeee*. i also uploaded it onto my galleries page so you can see what i sent.....im CROSSING MY FINGERS that they love it. and they decide they NEED me to attend their school so they'll give me a whole bunch of money or something. yahhh right, but i can dream. so check it out :)

well i have TWO new galleries up :) and maybe a third coming soon...not sure. neways. they are of a beautiful spring sunset, and i can offically say spring is here now because the weather's finally started getting nice. took long enough.... lol. neways. the other is of this awesome girl named caitlin, she's a dancer/dance instructor and she modeled for my mom for 3 hours, and then for me for 1 1/2 hours after that! i am very impressed with her, and her willingness to work with my crazy and cookey ideas :) so enjoy the new galleries!

so my mom has been working with this local "kids designer", actually one friend does shoes and one does clothes, but one company, and she's been taking some advertising photos for them. well since we have these designers' shoes/clothes laying around the house, i took the liberty today to just mess around with them. so those photos are up on my galleries page, the designers' website is baby treads and threads, they have some really cute things :D

yup. you guessed it.....more pictures. :) i have an amazing friend who doesnt mind posing for me [or my mom]. she [katie] is very into dance and has been for several years....so my mother and i decided we would borow her for an afternoon and just shoot! my version of the shoot, just my images, can be seen on the "galleries" page, and im not sure when / if my mom will be uploading hers, but if / when she does, they will be on her website, www.showandtellphotos.com, under "galleries" as well. mmkay. well i did 21093472 college applications today, and im working on a-massing my portfolio for viewing, i might upload that too, on here, sometime, tho all the images are in galleries on here in various places. neways, i have some graphic desing work to get to....got to make a few albums tonight for my mother! enjoy the images :D

geez. i am just full of inspiration lately. i uploaded another shoot....actually the same [basic] scene as the other one, but these photos are of a live human being!! :o i know. well my sister was nice enough to pose for a bit, so we actually got quite a few great shots. i just put some of my favorites in the gallery, i was sort of going for a look of just expression, the expressing of moods through a stance, angle, and facial expression. all these expressions are her own, i didnt "pose" her face. just snapped, so they're pretty natural. there are several other "good ones", but they're my moms style [she captures the person, photographs for the person, gets their personality in a photo], not my style [where i, compared to my mom, capture the mood or expression, i dont photograph for the individual, but for the atmosphere. i select people/props/lighting/angles to accent the enviroment/mood i have in my head, i dont try to capture the essence of the individual. i use an individual to capture the essence of a mood or expression or idea or concept]. anyways. haha so that long ramble is just me saying, 'go look at my new gallery, i put pictures up'. over_and_outt.

well folksies. i had a fun little photoshoot with nature today. its been the crappiest weather the past while. warms up, rains, freezes, and then dumps a load of snow. well today was one of those rain days. and it was still cold out even tho it was raining but i needed to take pictures, so i went out and did just that. im actaully pretty excited about some of them, they're not half bad and i actually had some fun :) the pictures are uploaded and you can see them under 'galleries', they're on the 'rainy day' gallery. enjoy them :)

wow. sorry for neglecting you guys. serously, i love you. lots. keep visitng my website even though i dont update it very often...anyways. so i have a suprize for you wonderful people. coming this fall...is going to be an addition to kristi.radbourne services in the photography field. ok i'll leak the secret. i've landed a wedding. lucky me. :D ok im not going to lie. i have been sort of dreaming for a wedding. and i have one all to myself! and its not some old couple, its a young one that i sorta know and will know very well in a few months :P anyways. sorry about that bit of randomness. i just wanted to let you know!

blog it blog it blog it. i need some food, food is good. i spent about an hour of today putting my computer into a new case, a much smaller and new one, haha. if you've seen my old one, you know what im taking about. but i will miss the faulty power button on the old one, it was non-geek proof :) haha. im feeling pretty good today, i get to see my hun in three days so im a little bit excited for that. and i do have a physics project due tomorrow, a 'naked egg drop', that i need to work on desperately, but im not sure what im going to do with that :P anyways. enough for today. :)
